Characteristics of an Eagle

Eagles have many noticeable characteristics including their vision, fearlessness, and tenacity. Eagles are seen as a symbol of grace, beauty, courage, pride, bravery, freedom, and determination.

Similarly, Jon also possesses the necessary traits to provide knowledgeable experience, vision, tenacity, and fearlessness to guide you through the loan process while meeting your specific needs and meeting your closing date on time! Jon and his team are committed to being highly involved with the loan process to ensure a good experience.

  • “Build relationships not transactions”
  • Be the “Lender of Choice” -- providing competitive rates and lowest closing cost.
  • Earn referrals from clients and realtors.
  • Provide unsurpassed service after closing.

“Our priority is to provide personal service for loans that are the best fit for our clients, through a lending process that offers clarity and ease of use.”

Our goal is to achieve this through relationship building, conversations with our clients, understanding their needs and desires, future plans, and explaining the lending process. All questions will be answered for full understanding (even those you may say are silly).

In an effort to be sensitive to the clients’ time, Eagle HOME LOANS offers various methods of electronic communication (email, electronic signature, fax, online, text) while efficiently executing the lending process and closing on time. Of course, we still believe in the “old fashioned” phone call and in person meetings.

How did the name Eagle Home Loans come to be? The short answer is a strong alignment of values and character. Jon researched business names and words that appealed to him. “Eagle” was one of those words because he has admired them for as long as he could remember. His research revealed that eagles are known for their vision, fearlessness and strength. In addition, they are tenacious and fly high. Throughout American history, eagles have symbolized honesty, truth, strength, courage, power and freedom. All of these characteristics and values align with what Jon values most and envisioned for his future customers. Jon shares your vision and desire for home ownership as a basis of strength for those who live there and come to visit. Buying and maintaining a home is a worthy investment that requires tenacity to accomplish. Owning a home provides a foundation for life which, research affirms, helps people succeed and flourish. Eagle Home Loans values respect, honesty, truth, strength, courage and freedom. Adopting the Eagle as our symbol was a natural fit for communicating these values in one word, one symbol.
